Throughout each session, you will receive practical tools, supportive feedback, and consistent accountability to help you build confidence, strengthen resilience, and create healthier patterns that extend into your daily life.
Individual Emotional Regulation & Behavioral Wellness Sessions are $100 per session. A complimentary 15-minute consultation is available to discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether our services are the right fit for you.
