Our services are designed for individuals seeking support with emotional regulation, coping skills, behavioral growth, and personal development, as well as organizations and professionals looking for structured behavioral wellness programming and clinical supervision.

All sessions and programs are delivered online through secure telehealth platforms, so you can participate from the comfort and privacy of your own space. We offer flexible scheduling including evening appointments Monday through Thursday, daytime availability on Fridays, and Saturday availability for workshops, groups, and special appointments by request.

We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation for individuals, families, and organizations to discuss service needs, scheduling, and next steps. From there, you'll be directed to our secure client portal to complete intake paperwork and get set up. You can request a consultation or book directly through the calendar on our website.
